Our factory produce reclaimed rubber since 1995, now our supplied reclaimed rubber mainly includes white reclaimed rubber, latex reclaimed rubber, tire reclaimed rubber, EPDM reclaimed rubber, NBR reclaimed rubber, IR reclaimed rubber, butyl reclaimed rubber etc. which have good domestic market, also export to many countries and regions: Italy, Spain, Turkey, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Middle East, Brazil etc.. Our products are used in many fields: tires, inner tube, shoe sole, conveyor belt, rubber sheet, and so on.
With the technology improvement, in 2011 we adopted the world most advanced craftwork to produce latex reclaimed rubber, the annual output is about 3000 tons. The products have the following features: desulfuration fully, no impurity, and lower mooney viscosity, etc.
As one kind of main chemicals for producing reclaimed rubber, the reclaim activator include the following types RA790, RA780, RA750. It is efficient, environmental protection, infiltration strong, and to improve plasticity of reclaimed rubber. The reclaim activator as desulfurizer are indispensable additives in reclaimed rubber
production.
The supplied reclaimed rubber machines mainly include cracker mill, dynamic devulcanizer, rubber plasticizing machine, kneader, rubber refiner, mixing mill and so on.
